The Clue 8 deaddrop provided this cipher.

This cipher was found on the back of the letter Brad and Stew got at the dead drop. The letters in the cipher are:

It was determined to be a vigenere cipher needing a keyword to decode. The keyword was found to be on the mirror in the bathroom and it read:

S L U O S T S O L E H T F O R E V I R

Read backwards it reads river of the lost souls which if put into wikipedia you get Rio de las Animas Perdidas better known as the Animas River.

Therefore the keyword being animas.

Now using a decoder found by google ([1]) you just copy paste in all the letters and use the keyword animas and you get:

THROUGH CRIMSON CATHEDRALS I ALONE WITH MY TASK WINDING UP FROM THOSE DEVILISH PLAINS THIS SALVATION BUT TEMPORARY

This, like the first cipher and the second cipher may prove to hold clues to the treasure.
