The first hundred players who accurately completed the final test received an email from GameTeam which read:

Congratulations.

As one of the first 100 people to solve the G.O. IV Fortune Knowledge Challenge, you have qualified to participate in the final cipher for a chance to inherit the fortune of Grayson Ozias IV.

Below is a link to the cipher.

PLEASE NOTE that the link will not be active until 6:30 p.m. PST today (Tuesday, November 17, 2009). You must use your normal site username and password to gain access, and only those who are finalists will be admitted.

Clicking the link at the instructed time revealed an opened book with the pictured cipher page on it.


This cipher used a combination of the three types already seen during the game: Book cipher, Bacon cipher, and Vigenere cipher.
After converting the cipher text from G's and O's to Baconian A's and B's... Vigenere text:
