And right then I realized how much I took my freedom for granted. For as difficult as it was for me to leave my home and strike out as I'd done, for her such a thing would be unthinkable. I felt bad for her spirit's confinement and told her as much, whcih made her very cross indeed. "What good is it," she asked me, "to sacrifice such a precious and radieant moment of freedom as this, reflecting on its rarity?" Her fervor made her even more beautiful and I found myself struck dumb. She threw back her glass with a gulp and grabbed my hand pulling me away from there.
